1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer two main tiers of service:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging Excellence

Given the precision-cut nature of Reballing Stencils, we use specialized packaging:

  • Anti-Bending Sleeves: Stencils are placed between rigid cardboard or plastic sheets to prevent warping during transit.
  • Tamper-Evident Bags: All tools are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

6. Damages & Missing Items

gaffarmarketdelhi.com is responsible for your order until it reaches your doorstep.

  • Important: We strongly recommend filming a 360-degree unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This is mandatory for claiming replacements for stencils that may have been bent or damaged during transit.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International shipping is available upon request. Please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote and estimated timelines for orders outside India.
